We are now looking for a GPU Systems Architect to design the next generation GPU System Interface. You will be part of a team that shapes PCIe and other interconnect specifications, works with major hardware and software vendors, defines the programming interface to the GPU, and builds reference models. As a major component of CPU to GPU interaction, this team is involved in a large range of topics from CUDA driver development, to silicon reliability, to a variety of CPU, OS, and hypervisor architectures. We have crafted a team of extraordinary people stretching around the globe, whose mission is to push the frontiers of what is possible today and define the platform of tomorrow.What you’ll be doing:As a member of the architecture team, you will learn, understand, and communicate how the GPU engine and functionality are controlled by the system.Architect and plan features in concert with software, hardware, and verification teams across the globe to implement the next iteration of GPUsBuild functional and performance models, often in C++, along with test plans to validate the features you designActively support post-silicon validation activitiesConstantly learning and growing as you develop your career and craft as an architectWhat we need to see:You are completing a BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Architecture, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or related degree) or equivalent experienceExperience coding in C or C++Programming in System Verilog, Perl or Python is a plus!The base salary range is $100,000 - $184,000.
