We need passionate, hard-working and creative people to help us take on more of these challenging opportunities in Autonomous Driving.What you'll be doing:First and primary point of technical support for our hardware and software products provided to customerShepherd critical customer issues and provide timely advance warning of critical issues that need attentionTechnical authority on all NVIDIA products, directly supporting Sales Account Managers, and working closely with the team to secure design winsEstablish close personal technical ties to the customer account, establishing personal relationships to facilitate rapid resolution of issues, and promote the highest levels of customer satisfactionWhat we need to see:MS or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience1+ years of work-related experience in Datacenter design, DevOps, Cloud software development or high-performance computing or systems, CUDA experience is helpfulAdditional experience in a related field such as HPC systems design, AI/ML Infrastructure optimization, Building systems for mission-critical applications, Enterprise Datacenter experienceGood to have experience with modern Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks and parallel computing algorithmsExposure to GPU Computing and CUDA programmingAbility to multitask effectively in a multifaceted environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:GPU development experienceDeep Learning and/or AI experienceCloud development/deployment experienceIn-depth software development or data science experienceAdvanced degree
