We need a creative individual who will help transfer GPU Server products from design engineering to mass production. Because of the increasing complexity of our GPU servers, we need your server and board design experience to understand the intricate workings of the products and how to ensure their quality. You will be exposed to various aspects of building and testing NVIDIA datacenter products, from GPUs to full system testing. In addition, your responsibilities will include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage and capacity, and reduce production costs. Perform failure analysis (FA) on GPU baseboards and servers at system and component levelPerform high speed bus signal integrity debug/characterizationDesign experiments and collect/analyze data for FAAbility to perform under deadline pressureProvide root cause and corrective action in a timely mannerWrite clear and complete reports detailing steps taken and findingsAbility to communicate with engineers, factory personnel and sales/marketing in the US and overseasWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)12+ years working experience in a related fieldHold excellent failure analysis experience on motherboards/graphic cards/servers/PCsBoard design experienceStrong skills in Hardware/Software/Component/ProcessStrong negotiation, organization, and time management skillsFamiliar with advanced characterization equipment, including oscilloscope, analyzer, etcAbility to work well in teamsGood English communication skillsThe base salary range is $212,000 - $339,250.
