We are looking for a skilled and creative Sales Enablement Manager to design training programs and develop high-quality field resources for NVIDIA’s Partner Network (NPN) global sales teams. In this newly created role, you will work closely with NVIDIA product, marketing, and partner teams to define, produce, manage, evangelize, and measure effectiveness of assets and training materials in support of NVIDIA partner’s field teams efforts to represent NVIDIA solutions, and go-to-market strategy. Key to your success will be using your proven understanding of channel sales process, business insight, adult learning, and excellent communication skills to define, develop, and promote partner field resources to scale sales of NVIDIA solutions. What you’ll be doing:Engage with internal and partner resources to learn NVIDIA partner business models.Influence and advocate for partner needs.Define and maintain needed toolset - align with NVIDIA Partner Network and internal NVIDIA teams to prioritize requirements for their field organization.Apply field training experience to build impactful training and content for partners.Maintain global ownership of NVIDIA partner field enablement strategy & processes including program management, documentation, approval processes, program goals, execution, process improvements, content lifecycle management, and collaboration with regional teams.Lead cross-functional internal team meetings to track status of results and share partner feedback.Build and run development and reporting systems to ensure that the content created for the field is optimized for effectiveness and efficiency. Use feedback to continuously improve the quality of content, format, and delivery.What we need to see:12+ years of field enablement, channel sales, product marketing, business development, or technical marketing.Strong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills: someone who quickly builds and maintains positive relationships; enjoys working collaboratively; is effective at influencing across internal and channel partner organizations.Direct experience, and success, in developing field resources. Excellent creative skills with a track record of crafting compelling sales content and engaging field training.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Passion for precision and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail.Self-motivated, requires limited definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives.A dual-minded approach: highly creative, while also relying on process, facts, and data to make decisions.A history of success planning and handling complex, cross-functional projects.Experience working with large high tech channel sales organizations.BS or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.Ways to stand out from the crowd:MBA strongly preferred.A drive to learning innovative technologies and skill at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.Understanding of data science workflows, machine learning, and AI trendsNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers.
