NVIDIA's mechanical engineering team is looking for a driven and experienced engineering documentation analyst that can support product development programs simultaneously with Bill of Materials, part number assignments, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and operational documentation. We need a candidate to work with multiple design teams across functions to align hardware component logistics with operations teams within NVIDIA. In addition, the candidate will support program management teams with a focus on mechanical and thermal coordination using strong organizational and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will contribute to developing critical next-generation products.What you'll be doing:Supporting NVIDIA's product portfolio by working with multi-functional teams to create BOMs, and part numbers and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO)Champion optimization of documentation processes that align with NVIDIA products' design cadence and operational needsReview and improve existing processes and documentation. Create and maintain standard processes captured in design reviews and postmortem learningsWork with engineers to understand designs and structure documentation using tools such as Creo and WindchillMaintain alignment of assembly structure and SKUs between engineering teams, factory operations, and partnersAchieve tight-knit collaboration from all cross-disciplinary participantsWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of engineering hardware components, manufacturing methods, and flowBackground in documentation for New Product Introduction (NPI) mechanical product development and production tooling3+ years of supporting engineering teamsExceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detailCulture of continuous learning and ongoing process improvementExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency with PLM systems such as WindchillWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience building best practices and new processes from small to large teamsExperience in product design, 3D modeling, 2D drawing creationProven results in generating NPI processes, including working with operations on manufacturing, quality, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and End-of-Life (EOL)Widely considered one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA is an industry leader with groundbreaking developments in High-Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Visualization.
