This is our life's work, to amplify human imagination and intelligence.We are seeking an ASIC GPU Lead to help drive development of future GPUs to be used in AI, HPC, 3d Graphics and automotive markets. Make the choice to join our dynamic team today!What you’ll be doing:You will be responsible for inventing flows/methodologies and building the power estimation models/tools for GPU products and AI systems such as Nvidia DGX/HGX, Graphics cards and MaxQ notebooksDrive investigations in multi-die, chiplet and corresponding interconnect technologies, highlighting technical complexities and power/perf/other tradeoffs.Drive performance vs power analysis considering various multi-die options and interconnect overheads to enable management/marketing with meaningful product decisions and customer interaction.Understand, coordinate, and track project achievements and dependencies across multi-functional teams, covering product POR, IP design, integration, verification, emulation, DFT, physical design, VLSI, software, and validation to ensure successful first silicon.Identify key technical risks and work with engineering and management teams to develop mitigation strategies.Work in a highly matrixed and efficient global engineering teamWhat we need to see:BSEE or equivalent experience (MSEE / MSCE preferred)Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in chip development and associated areas.Experience in Performance/Power/Area tradeoff analysis.Experience with developing graphics processing, CPU, memory, and/or I/O sub-systems in the chip.Good understanding of the entire chip life cycle phases from concept to production, including: Markets, competition, architecture, RTL, low-power design, verification, physical design, silicon bringup, silicon quals, and production releaseAbility to multi-task effectively across simultaneous projects and drive the resolution of complex technical issues in a highly matrixed engineering team environmentIdentify and implement key data analytics and automation flows using various programming languages that continuously improves the execution efficiency across the organizationsNVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
