To learn, understand, and develop the next chapters of our campaigns to tell our story, celebrating the achievements of our people, and those who we partner with to achieve their life's work.What you'll be doing:Driving art direction for campaigns and projects with our company at the heart of the story. Work alongside executive communications, marketing, event, web, and PR to develop a full range of ideas and assets. Creating strategic, purposeful, and extraordinary work that elevates the visibility and craft of NVIDIA's story— videos, social media campaigns, annual reports, interactive "brochure" websites, recruiting campaigns, and more. Work alongside a team of in-house creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, 3D artists, and account managers to bring ideas to life. And make everything real through final production!What we need to see:A stellar portfolio, featuring real-world examples of how you art direct and hands-on design, build, and conceptualize purposeful, differentiated narratives, impact stories, collateral, content marketing, and demand generation via social media, web experiences, corporate reporting, events.A history of masterful storytelling across a variety of mediums — working with artists across 3D, motion graphics, photography and video, and traditional print designers in the creation of projects.Excellent listening, writing, speaking skills—becoming an authority in the cultural and company ingredients that make us truly unique. Distilling complex information and concepts into a story that you could explain to broader audiences.Excellent presentation and pitch skills—leading conversations to refine ideas, ability to take live feedback and providing solutions rapidly.Demonstration of fundamental principles of art direction and graphic design for brand, layout, typography, video, photography, and 3D, as well as application of established brand systems to real-world projects.Ownership of confident creative thinking of web, print, social, event, and video projects, and how you work in a non-linear, agile manner.A love for technology; a passion to understand hi-tech products from the inside out.Evidence of how you seek out and promote the latest creative and design industry trends and technologies, and embrace changeExtensive experience and knowledge of technical and traditional art processes and production pipelines.10+ years of proven experience working with established brands, building campaigns, collaborating with senior executive level leadership teams.A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field is required, or equivalent experience.Ways to stand out from the crowd:A naturally curious and passionate mind about technology, design, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.You live in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Omniverse, Cinema4D, Blender or/and Maya, Figma experience is a big plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G Suite and tracking your work in job tracking tools such as WorkfrontAgency experience nice, in-house experience a big plus.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
