Receptionist, Tel Aviv

NVIDIA is looking for a receptionist for our site at Tel Aviv. The role is under our Israel Services team and will work with Tel Aviv’s Office Manager.As the Receptionist for the site, you will be the immediate contact for employees and site administration and will take part in different activities including day-to-day administration. You will work on different assignments such as employee seating, purchasing and invoice management, and promoting solutions for facilities/maintenance issues.  In addition, you will support employee and visitor badges, parking access, welfare site activities, logistics and events that take place at the site.  It is our responsibility to provide employees with an efficient and high quality service and enable the best work environment for our employees.What you'll be doing:Meet and greet employees and guests coming to Tel AvivServe as the focal point for employee and manager questions and solutions.Support services activities alongside with the office manager - seating allocation, food and supplies, events logistics and deliveriesMaintain safety and access protocols - employee badges and visitor registrationSupport welfare activities and other eventsWhat we need to see: Bachelor’s degree (Social Studies – advantage)2+ years of experience in an administrative roleEnglish and Hebrew at high level – correspondence, conversation and guidingService oriented and with excellent interpersonal skillsPositive and calm demeanorHighly independent but also an excellent teammateProficient with the computer including applications such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Previous experience in customer facing rolesFamiliarity with high tech environment and paceNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
