As a team, we support all products NVIDIA develops.What you will be doing:Work in a dynamic and challenging environment.Be part of the design of advanced thermal solutions for NVIDIA next generation liquid products, focusing on the reliability of water-based cooling loop solutions.Be part and provide analytical and experimental design guidelines for a robust liquid cooling solutions. That include: corrosion rate prediction, elastomer lifetime and its degradation over time, coolant health and maintenance plan, wetted materials.Plan and execute lab aging test activities to validate the designs.Lead the reliability aspects of the cooling solutions manufacturing, testing and deployment.Follow the trends of liquid cooled system on field to improve the next generation products. What we need to see: MSC or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.15+ years of experience in liquid cooling system design, testing, and reliability engineering.Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, corrosion, and elastomer degradation mechanisms.Proficient in using analytical and numerical tools such as MATLAB, ANSYS, COMSOL, etc. to model and simulate liquid cooling systems.Hands-on experience in conducting lab experiments and field tests to validate the reliability of liquid cooling systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as design engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, etc.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Wide knowledge of manufacturing processesExperience with thermal design for high power systems.Proven experience in the data center industry.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
