We are looking for a Data/Business Analyst who will be a key member of the Data Operations team which focuses on driving scale, improving efficiency, and maximizing productivity for NVIDIA’s Autonomous Vehicles business unit. You will report and analyze a complex set of operations to ensure accurate weekly reporting and quarterly business review on the end-to-end pipeline that processes all sensor data needs for the business unit. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What You Will Be Doing:Manage and track metrics from data collection to ingestion and processing pipelinesHelp Identify operational gaps and work with Data Loops leads to implement process or system-based improvements Synthetize complex KPIs into actionable high level dashboards Partner with cross-functional teams to extract important data trendsDesign and implement dashboards to enable data-informed decisionsKeep track of process changes and how they might affect dashboards and reportsWhat We Need To See:MS in Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of working experience in business analytics, consulting, data management, operations or analyticsConsistent track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring order to ambiguous situationsCross-functional leader who can influence a diverse set of technical and non-technical users and deliver resultsExtensive experience with managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlinesDetail oriented with strong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, fast learner, keen on process improvementStrong experience working with SQL/Python and JiraWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with data operationsExperience in a startup environmentHistory of high visibility roles like for ex. chief of staff to an executive roleNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
