We're on the lookout for top talent for the consumer GPU division, based in São Paulo, Brazil.What You’ll Be Doing:Establishing strategic relationships with key players in the market, including Add-in Graphics Card manufacturers - AICs, major distributors, retail and ecommerce partners as well as system integrators, and resellers.Collaborating with internal functional areas such as sales, marketing and leadership, as well as external partners and customers.Working closely with AICs, distributors & reseller partners actively engaged with the market.Pursuing short and long-term revenue opportunities to meet or surpass growth targets.Prioritizing customer and business development activities with regional and market leadership, ensuring that efforts and resources are accurately aligned.Managing sell-in, inventory, and sell-out activities with local accounts.Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel sales, revenue, and market share.Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to the management team.Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.What We Need To See:Proficiency in speaking and writing English aside from Portuguese. Spanish is a bonus.A Bachelor's degree (required), or equivalent experience.Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, and retail management.Strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry, especially PC gaming components and graphics cards.The ability to quickly establish relationships and assess customers' interest and readiness for a strategic partnership with NVIDIA.A proven track record of driving significant revenue and exceeding targets.An understanding of market business dynamics, ecosystem, and trends.Strong interpersonal and time management skills.Logical and critical thinking, fast learner, and effective team-player.The ability to engage C-Level executives in a consultative manner.Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:Detailed knowledge of the business priorities, tools, processes, and language of the sector.A large network of contacts in the market, while not crucial, is advantageous.An ambitious approach to getting things done.Intermediate knowledge of spoken and written Spanish language.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
