Join the Enterprise AI & Automation team in NVIDIA IT to drive the development of outstanding AI-powered automation solutions to improve employee experience, and business productivity and to drive IT operational efficiencies. As part of this initiative, we are building generative AI-based conversational virtual assistants, copilots for enterprise applications, IT operations management solutions and other forward-looking solutions across IT and other business functions including sales, HR, and supply chain balancing build-vs-buy investments. As the director of AI & automation initiatives, you will drive the vision, roadmaps, product deployments, and the associated business outcomes. We use NVIDIA’s own top-notch generative AI models, speech recognition, image recognition, log processing, and other technologies in our work. If you can envision the future of enterprises powered by AI, join us and make an inspiring impact!What you will be doing: Envision the next generation enterprise powered by AI technologies, translate the vision to practical and executable products and roadmaps, work with the engineering team to build and deliver premier AI/ML/generative AI-powered solutions.Define and measure business outcomes and metrics from the deployed AI & automation solutions.Collaborate with various partners in enterprise business functions in gathering requirements and in crafting generative AI-infused solutions for the enterprise.Leverage NVIDIA’s latest Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) technologies, GPU-optimized training and inference compute stack, and other NVIDIA products and AI workflows in building enterprise solutions.Drive user studies, product evaluations, and case studies and collaborate with product teams to provide valuable feedback and help improve the products.Be a reference client for NVIDIA’s products in its own enterprise transformation.What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferably graduate degree in Computer Science, MBA or other related product management fields.10+ overall years of experience in Technical Product Management, shipping either customer facing or employee facing products by working with engineers, designers, and data scientists resulting in significant business impact.4+ years of leadership experience.Demonstrated hands-on product management expertise involving AI, Machine Learning, generative AI, traditional deep learning, and statistical machine learning.An automation mentality to find opportunities for toil reduction in business processes, and to translate them into automation solutions.Outstanding communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong leadership to lead small teams of product managers.Ways to stand out from the crowd: Former engineering background and hands on prototyping & product design mock-up skills.Demonstrated outstanding organization skills, attention to detail in writing product specifications, and excellent writing skills to publish case studies, and papers.Hands-on expertise and understanding of NVIDIA’s products, GPU-optimized compute stack, familiarity with NVIDIA software strategy & products, familiarity of working with LLMs, RAGs, open-source frameworks such as Lang Chain, and Langflow.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
