The IT Support Specialist supports the Workiva mission and objectives by ensuring that all employees are equipped with the relevant, functional equipment and software necessary to succeed in their roles. This position provides help desk and end point support to employees and consultants. The IT Support Specialist is empowered to make decisions as to the best way to meet user needs.
