ParsePort (A Workiva Company) is the leading provider of solutions that convert annual reports to the XBRL and iXBRL formats for publicly listed companies and auditors throughout the EU.We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist (what we call internally a Professional Services Specialist) to join our growing team and help guide our clients in the use of our cloud-based software solutions. The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting existing customers in the process of preparing their Annual Reports for filing.A crucial aspect of this role will involve providing technical and functional support to customers through phone, email, and online meetings. The Customer Onboarding Specialist offers product information and resolves most support and product-related issues faced by our customers. They are accountable for enhancing the customer experience and strengthening our capacity as a business to meet their dynamic requirements.To be considered, you will need to have business-level proficiency in English and preferably Dutch.As a new Professional Services Specialist, we will train you in XBRL and how to utilize the ParsePort platform to assist our customers with their XBRL filings. Previous XBRL experience is advantageous but not required, as it's a skill we can teach you.Responsibilities: Support customers by providing technical and functional expertise through phone, online, and email channels.Map the customer documentation and financial statements to the relevant XBRL taxonomy.Troubleshoot customer issues by applying knowledge of the ParsePort applicationEdit or create new documentation and customer-facing content to accurately represent the support experience.Resolve intricate customer issues, occasionally seeking assistance from the Technical Team.Lead projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely customer deliverables.Oversee multiple, moderately complex customer engagements.Address outstanding customer concerns and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other internal teams, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Learning & Development, to promote company training and initiatives.What You’ll Need: 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Document Setup or similar, preferably with a financial or data-focused team or a similar roleExperience working in Software as a Service "SaaS" or a similar digital environment A strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailComfortable working with spreadsheets and data - proficiency in handling numbers is a clear advantageKnowledge of XBRL or financial filing is highly desirable, though not requiredStrong communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)Self-motivated and accountable for resultsCapable of prioritizing multiple priorities with competing timelines Proficient in problem-solving and providing assistance to othersDemonstrates a proactive attitude and excels at making intelligent and independent decisionsProven commitment to customer satisfactionA team player – together, we form a stronger unit.
