Claiming Associate - Media Finance OperationsDescription -The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying, maintaining digital advertising campaigns in multiple DSPs and social media platforms. The Media Finance Operations Claiming Associate will provide alliance partner claiming support within the Marketing & Global Functions Finance organization.In this role, you will work closely with the Latin America Media Activation and Marketing Alliance teams to manage the coordination and completion of Alliance claiming deliverables. Primary responsibilities include capturing, compiling, and submitting media campaign proof-of-execution (POE) deliverables through required portals. This position will involve frequent communication with internal stakeholders and external media partners who are based in the US and various Latin America countries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required to deliver excellent service and support, drive overall efficiencies, and manage critical deliverables through effective program and time management.ResponsibilitiesAct as liaison between Finance, Media and Marketing teams, and external partners to deliver business requirements.Compile and submit proof-of-performance (POP) materials for Latin America media campaigns.Request or pull data and capture content from various platforms, analyze data to create, customize and submit reports and other supporting materials as per Alliance partner claiming requirements.Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.Track status of submitted claims and payment reimbursements with Alliance and Finance teams’ support.Identify solutions for platform and/or process improvement opportunities.Drive deliverables with a focus on digital excellence, automation capabilities and expertise.Education and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.Working proficiency in English and Spanish, including facilitating meetings and conducting presentations.Knowledge and SkillsWorking knowledge and/or experience of Finance & Marketing activities, practices, and procedures.Self-starter with effective organization and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and experience with cross-team collaboration and coordination.Ability to manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment and during frequent high-volume work cycles.Track record of setting goals, creating a plan, and getting results.Experience in building and scaling digital processes and programs a plus.#LI-POSTJob -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
