Print Finance Chief of StaffDescription -The Chief of Staff- strategy, and operations lead plays a critical role for Print Finance by driving the organization’s strategic direction.  They will prioritize strategic initiatives, lead key cross-functional projects, coordinate action plans, and support internal communications. The CoS supports the leadership team to foster an effective work environment to achieve operational excellence. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.Education and Experience Required: Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.Primary Responsibilities:Provides support for internal communications to the organization including announcements and other relevant updatesCoordinates weekly staff meetings with pertinent topics and follow-upEnsures organization is compliant from an Internal Audit and business continuity perspectiveAct as a Record OfficerCoordinates the annual OPEX budget and monthly flash processes for Print FinanceManages Master Data structure, O&O, Budget transfers, etc. as neededPlans and facilitates quarterly all employee meetings and manager calls working with the leadership team to pull together relevant content for the organizationFacilitates VIA results analysis and action groups to address opportunitiesOn an ad hoc basis, supports special projects that require coordination across functionsAct as ADAPT L2 SPOCRepresents Print Finance in Cos Forums for Finance and Print BusinessKnowledge and Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and presentation skills.Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.Budgeting setting and analysis.HP is an equal opportunity employer:  https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c08129225Job -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
