E-Commerce Sales ManagerDescription -What an e-Commerce Sales Manager does at HP:Primary responsible for promoting Web Store sales products to potential customers and conduct marketing activities to attract and acquire new customers.Identify the characteristics of online inflow customers, suggest suitable products through appropriate sales and marketing activities, and increase their purchasing rate.Manage HP Store web sales revenue, plan and execute various marketing programs and sales activities to increase web Store sales.Provide support to the Country Store Manager and specific inputs related to customer inflow & acquisition insights and sales opportunity development.Maintain knowledge of competitors to strategically position HP's products and services better.May invest time working with and leveraging external partners to develop new sales opportunities.Directs or coordinates supporting web & call-based sales activities.Education and Experience Required: University or Bachelor's degree directly related previous work experience.Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of customers, and high-level customer interfaces.Extensive selling experience within personal computing industry and on similar products.Typically 5~10 years of advanced sales experience.Minimum 2 years of product sales in the desired specialty.Project management skills preferred.Knowledge and Skills: Strategic business planning and accurate demand & sell-out forecasting skills.Collaborates with management and sales & category teams to ensure seamless integration of product & sales readiness.Demonstrates high service or product knowledge and professionalism in researching and sharing service-related information with other teams and customers.Deep knowledge of personal computing products, related solutions or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings.Understands how to leverage HP's portfolio and change the playing field on our competitors.Maintain expertise of industry trends, associated solutions, and key hardware & ISV solutions.Understands selling of services sales, and leverages services as part of strategic product sales.Excellent project management skills.* Persons of distinguished service to the state and their families and persons with disabilities will be given additional scores in the process according to the law** A job offerer shall notify a job applicant, before the job applicant’s hiring is determined, of his/her right to request the return of hiring documents, the method of exercising the right, the retention period of the hiring documents, the destruction of the documents after the period of filing the request, and the expenses incurred for returning the documents.
