May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Job Description: Support the WSS E2E planning processes and timelines, for Budget, LTP and Cap Optimizer. The FP&A Analyst provides support to the Planning lead and together act as contacts for planning processes and timeline, aligning with the PS & Print FP&A teams, Corporate FP&A on deliverables, calendars and driving the planning process internally within WSS. The Analyst will also provide direction across the planning processes including O&O, Interlock, ADOS, Budget and Flash. Job Responsibilities: •Drive successful delivery of accurate and timely LTP, Interlock and Budget setting process which complies to Print/PS and Corporate LTP requirements•Collaborate cross-functionally with HW forecasting, CBM, Cost, Spend, Categories (HW and Supplies), Print HQ, Corporate, Regions to obtain critical planning input and drive towards a balanced LTP and Budget•Support WSS Investment Portfolio reviews and associated deliverables•Design insightful financial models, analytical tools and presentations, and aid in using these assets to drive improvements in Planning•Frequent presentations and working sessions with planning stakeholders to inform objectives, progress and expectations•Design financial frame and drive Interlock discussions and process.
