In close collaboration with different businesses organizations, and markets, we will focus on ensuring our Software and Solutions portfolio offering is competitively priced while answering customer business problems, enhancements, and innovation coherently, enabling our direct and indirect selling motions, and building the right programs to incubate, scale and accelerate our digital business.This role will report to Digital Services CoE of the HP Worforce Solutions organization.As a Security Go to Market Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful launch and ongoing market presence of security solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to market release, ensuring the product's alignment with the company's cybersecurity strategy and addressing customer needs effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, channel and market category, to create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that maximize product adoption and revenue growth.Responsibilities:Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases, updates, and enhancements, ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, sales, and other relevant teams.Support to create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience and clearly communicates the product's unique value.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and demand generation campaigns to support product launches and promotions.Collaborate with product & engineering teams to ensure the timely development and delivery of high-quality cybersecurity products that meet market requirements and industry standards.Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.Work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and resources to effectively communicate product benefits to prospects and customers.Enable sales training sessions and facilitate customer meetings and presentations to support the sales process when needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and threats in the cybersecurity industry, and analyze competitors' offerings and strategies.Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships that can enhance the company's cybersecurity product offerings.Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to continuously improve existing products and inform the development of future offerings.Collaborate with customer support teams to address product-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.Knowledge and Skills:Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage complexity, working across multiple key stakeholders and getting buy-inAbility to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectivesStrong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.Ability to independently draft and present client deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.Education/Work Requirements:MBA degree is desired10+ years of experience as a product manager, program manager, business development or in a related software role.Previous experience with go-to-market planning and product launches is highly desirable.What we offer:•    Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.•    Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
