Employee Listening Program ManagerDescription -HP is revolutionizing the way our customers experience and use our products and the way HP is doing business. As part of this effort, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Employee Listening Program Manager to join us to help lead and evolve our programs. HP’s Employee Listening team designs the systems and strategy to ensure our employees have opportunities to make their voices heard, and surface key themes and insights to our managers and leaders to drive feedback-based improvements throughout the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our enterprise-wide high visibility listening programs and function as a respected subject matter expert (SME) to our internal partners. You will be adept at working with internal stakeholders to understand listening needs, design and author employee surveys, analyze employee feedback, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. You will work with various stakeholders both within the People Organization (HR), and across the organization to answer critical business questions. Your contributions will inform our broader people strategy, and ultimately support employees to do their best work to drive the long-term success of HP.Key Responsibilities:Manage high visibility global listening programs, including our census survey and pulse survey programs.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee listening and work with the Listening team in creating and maturing our overall strategy.Work with key stakeholders to understand Listening goals and jointly develop content and methodology to ensure actionable information is collected.Partner with others on the Listening team in design and delivery of additional surveys. Some examples of projects we have recently done to help inform our business partners in their decisions include future of work, career and skill development, and high potential development program evaluation.Serve as internal expert on our employee survey platform (Glint). Utilize this platform to author and distribute surveys.Analyze feedback within the platform and create summary dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and insights to the stakeholders.Conduct custom research projects to inform solutions to business problems or identify emerging trends to be addressed.Partner with the broader People Insights and other teams (e.g., customer experience, DEIB, Talent) to synthesize data sources to ensure insights are holistic.Qualifications:Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar field.8 or more years of relevant experience (including managing global employee survey programs).Subject matter expertise in survey research/employee listening, including survey design and analysis. Proficiency in multivariate statistics and analysis with SPSS, R, or similar a plus.Experience using Natural Language Processing technology to summarize qualitative survey comments a plus.Strong consulting skills with ability to interact with and influence leaders across the organization.Familiarity with survey authoring and analysis platforms, Glint a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.Solid project management skills including keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with multiple stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of reliable and timely results.Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to navigate and manage competing priorities in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.Exhibit sound judgment and discretion regarding the handling of confidential information.Job -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
