As a HP Trade Marketing Manager, you will join a fast-paced dynamic environment, working across multiple product lines within the HP Consumer Personal Systems team, owning key retailer channels and helping to integrate them fully into the wider marketing plan. You will be responsible for a channel account which will come with added responsibility across multiple projects and campaigns. You will continuously analyse campaign performance to identify improvements and new growth areas, aiming to expand market share and improve customer experience and generate customer and brand loyalty. You will work closely, supporting the consumer sales and marketing leads to generate effective programs to have an impact on sales and revenue. Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility Responsible for managing and executing channel marketing & enablement through retail accounts across the HP Notebooks, Desktops and Monitors categories. Work with channel Sales, Category and Marketing teams to align HP priorities in market. Working in collaboration with retailer marketing leads to build quarterly marketing plans and aligning investments to the consumer journey; taking a strategic approach to managing and optimising channels to meet budget and ROI goals. Devising and implementing an omnichannel channel marketing techniques to support both digital and offline marketing. Understand the key metrics that drive performance of those channels, including but not limited to CTR, CPC, CPM. Ensure that all marketing campaigns are compliant in line with alliance partners criteria when working in collaboration with the PC category. Reporting completion; compile post campaign reporting. Performance campaign analysing to translate into actionable insights for future mapping. Collaboration with digital content team to enhance visibility and execution of product and category pages. Maintain an expert understanding of the market/industry. Person Specification Ideally 1-2 years’ experience within consumer marketing, preferably within technology industry Strong understanding of digital channel landscape, with knowledge of campaigns across paid search, social, display, video and affiliates.
