Procurement Operations AnalystDescription -Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: Acquainted with supply chain system, and closely monitoring system performanceResponsible for supply chain shipment reconciliationSolving complex, high impact supply chain process and production problems in a timely mannerWorking with partners to resolve any operational issues and initiating corrective actions when requiredUnderstanding business processes, analyzing problems, and recommending solutionsConducting business analysis for supply chain worldwide shipmentsHandling new deployment projectsEducation and Experience Required: College degree or equivalentGraduate 1-2 years’ experienceFluent in English and Chinese Mandarin speaking, writing, and presentingStrong problem-solving skillsStrong will to learnExtremely detail orientedGood sense of logicMicrosoft office tool skill is required, including but not limited to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, and PowerPoint & Outlook.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAble to solve issues independently while keeping a strong team spiritKnowledge and Skills: Mastery in English and local language.Ability to speak Mandarin and write Chinese is a plusStrong understanding of procurement processes.Strong analytical and technical aptitude.Strong business application skills.Strong communication skills.Good understanding of corporate compliance.Good project management skills.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Thailand)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
