Channel COE Processes & Capabilities Program ManagerDescription -Job scope/summary:Channel COE Processes &Capabilities Project Manager ​will be responsible for leading various Channel COE activities and projectsJob specifics/responsibilities:Project Management on Channel Processes & Capabilities:Identify opportunities, create charter, lead the project team, handle risks, issues, planning, MOC with internal/external stakeholders, report project progresses to MgmtApply Advanced Project Management and communications techniquesTasks:End to End Project/Program management across Channel COE Team to ensure those meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations trough planning controlling and management. It includes financials, business impact quantification and report out.Manages vendor and ensure that project delivery is on time and within budget.Understand the scope of projects and initiate vendor discussions for project estimatesManages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.Mentors’ others providing a role model and support for individual developmentExercises influence without authority, leading teams by example and behaviour rather than mandateCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions.Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies and drive the use of new AI/ML technologies into the org through innovative solutions.Provide thought championing in state-of-the-art machine-learning techniques.Key deliverables/accountabilities:Program Management:Understands the vision/objective and kicks off new programsManages and tracks Programs through its various phases Communicates progress/blockers with all stakeholders clearly and on timeAbility to manage multiple projectsDeep understanding and knowledge on during projects in AgileNegotiates with both internal and external partners on the timing of dependencies to ensure successful deliveryAbility to exercise good judgement and balance risks in ambiguous, complex, fast-paced situationsTechnical Acumen:Understands the system’s functionality and architecture down to its core componentsParticipates in the design review process and influences decisions to ensure qualityApplies standards to the program and its dependenciesGood understanding on technical Architecture concept and keep knowledge one of the latest technologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Education (degree) and professional experience required:Bachelor's or master’s degreeTypically, 6–8-year experience in Project Management and/or Support functionsProven records in leading all aspects of complex projectsProject Management certification will be a plus Experience in virtual team environmentOther requirements:Fluent English both written and verbalPersonal skills and qualities:Leadership on leading all aspects of project in an autonomous wayStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring projects move ahead with specific timelines taking all stakeholders alongStrong Communication skills, including to create clear status updates for internal and external (partners) audiencesAbility to develop new ideas and methods to run in-depth evaluation of multiple factorsAgility and learning capability to connect new product characteristics and new delivery models with Channel business processes, infrastructure, tool impacts and any other relevant change impacting how the channel partner does businessTechnical skills (procedures and documents the employee must be acquainted with):MS Office, MS VisioMS Projects, Smartsheets etcJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
