Senior ReactJS UI Developer

Senior ReactJS UI DeveloperDescription -As a React JS UI Developer with about 8-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly web applications using React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing the front-end components of the application, implementing user interfaces, and ensuring seamless user experiences. You will work closely with the development team and collaborate with product managers and designers to turn wireframes and mockups into interactive and functional interfaces. As a senior developer, you will also be responsible to mentor other junior developers. Key Responsibilities:* Front-end Development: Utilize your expertise in React.js to develop high-  quality, reusable, and efficient components for web applications. Implement  responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices  and browsers.* User Interface Implementation: Translate design concepts into pixel-perfect  user interfaces, ensuring a visually appealing and consistent user experience.* State Management: Implement state management solutions, such as Redux  or Context API, to manage application data and handle complex interactionsbetween components.* Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to  deliver fast and smooth user experiences. Optimize code for maximum  efficiency and minimize load times.* Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable  code. Conduct unit testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the  application.* Collaborative Development: Work closely with back-end developers and other  stakeholders to integrate front-end components with back-end systems and  APIs.* Agile Development: Participate in Agile development processes, including  sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and code reviews.* UI/UX Improvement: Continuously improve the user interface and user  experience of the application based on feedback and user research.* Technology Exploration: Stay updated with the latest trends and  advancements in front-end development, especially React.js and related  technologies.Required Skills and Qualifications:* About 8-10 years of professional experience in front-end development, with  strong focus on React.js.* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools like  Webpack.* Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management  concepts in React.js.* Experience with popular React.js workflows (e.g., Redux, Flux, or Context API).* Familiarity with CSS pre-processing libraries (e.g., SASS or LESS) and  responsive design principles.* Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and effectively  communicate with cross-functional teams.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Understanding of version  control systems, such as Git.Preferred Additional Skills:* Experience with server-side rendering using frameworks like Next.js.* Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme.* Familiarity with UI design tools like Sketch or Figma.* Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG).* Exposure to other front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Angular or Vue.js). Education & Experience* Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.
