In this critical global role, you will lead the charge to make HP Marketing future-ready, by identifying and building learning and development programs that drive impact, value, and growth for our customers, brand, and associates.Done right, you will have built a long-lasting Marketing L&D organization that is resilient in the face of challenges and fully prepared to take advantage of the opportunities that lie ahead.WHY IS THIS ROLE UNIQUE?Massive impact & visibility: You will build a School of Talent that is recognized and respected globally.World class brand and culture:  You will be working on one of the best-known brands in the world, deeply grounded in our Silicon Valley roots and HP Way culture.5X journey: You will be an integral part of a 5X path by helping Marketing drive a 10-figure dollar impact on the business over the next 3-5 years.Future proof: You will pivot the organization from working within the confines of the known knowns to being day 1 ready for whatever comes next.WHAT YOU’LL DOYou'll report to the Global Head – Growth, AI and Marketing Labs and work closely with worldwide and market-marketing leads to define strategy, determine priorities, and deliver polished L&D solutions that delight users and drive outsized business outcomes.Identify gaps in our capabilities and create world class programs – internally or in partnership with best-in-breed providers.Build new ways to learn and develop in our fast-moving, hybrid world e.g., bite-sized learning modules, adaptive content, etc.Champion a ‘One Team’ approach to Marketing employee training by collaborating with HR and Global L&D to create a more integrated and holistic approach to learning and career development.Craft and deploy a powerful communication plan to drive awareness and adoption of the programs while delivering high NPS scores.Build a data and analytics engine that drives rapid, smarter decision making; scorecard that measures learning, business, and people outcomes.Leverage external insights by maintaining strong connections with the industry and scale ANA + WFA programming and playbooks which includes benchmarking best practices.Lead a team of 4-6 associates and help Power Their PossibleWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORProven learning and development leader: 7+ years of experience leading L&D in a global organization with a proven track record of driving tangible business and people outcomes. Experience with launching and scaling new learning programs globally is highly desirable.Global operational experience: you will have previously worked in a global role, preferably with on-the-ground experience in one or more markets around the world.
