Managed Services Data SpecialistDescription -In this role you will be responsible for managing data alignment and accuracy within the operation of Managed Print Services and Managed Device Services determining the root causes for data discrepancies and driving their respective resolution. You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Service Delivery Manager in case of CBA (Contract and Billing Automation) operational queries, data issues, and discrepancies related to any type of fleet data change. Please note this is a temporary role.Business context:The EMEA Customer Support and Service Delivery Organization offers Managed Services & Solutions to Enterprise and Corporate customers combining Hardware, Supplies, Financing and Services in a Managed Print/Device Services (MPS/MDS) offering.
