Investigations Analyst will mitigate risk and loss to HP by investigating and monitoring existing and potential fraudulent situations within HP financial payment transactions.ResponsibilitiesPerform sophisticated data analysis, using software to identify potential credit card fraud. Employs specialized skills and tools to analyse orders for key fraud indicators and to identify fraud trends. Primary point of contact for Fraud Analysts and HP Business unit partners suspecting suspicious activity involving credit card fraud. Prepares timely, thorough, and concise written reports of investigations to Senior Management, DSRA and Fraud AnalystsUpdates DSRA team and Fraud Analysts on fraud trends and provide direction for adjusting procedures to combat fraud attacks.QualificationsUniversity degree required or comparable experienceBroad knowledge of fulfillment systems and business order flowAdvanced skills required with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other primary Office applicationsExpert knowledge in contacting and engaging shipping carriers to reroute fraud packagesSelf-starter, initiative, creative thinking and real-world achievement are highly coveted attributes for successful candidateVery Fluent English (90%+) (oral and written)Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as required  Demonstrates ability to perform independentlyPerform within high stress situations and respond with urgencyProven analytical and problem solving skillsJob -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Costa Rica)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
