In the Netherlands we have about 430 employees plus contractors.WHAT DOES THIS ROLE BRING YOU?In this dynamic position, you will:Oversee the seamless operation of HR activities, acting as a bridge between HR Global Services Hub, Payroll, Total Rewards, Recruitment, and the local team, ensuring compliance and addressing escalations.Expand your reach to Belgium and Luxembourg, contributing to the growth of our BeNeLux organization.Be able to build a strong relationship with the Employee Representation Bodies. Together with the HR BeNeLux Lead you will take responsibility for a constructive and collaborative functioning Works Council. You will also take care of legally required reporting and ensure compliance to HR related legal obligations.   Support the managers in their daily people management role, in which they are supported by corporate programs and processes related to Hiring & Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development.  You will be a point of escalation for employees in case of dispute.Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing efficiencies that streamline our processes and enhance our effectiveness.Last but not least you will work with the colleagues to define and roll out or support programs, activities and initiatives to strengthen the sense of belonging and employee experience of working @HP BeNeLux in a sustainable way and in line with our mission and values.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE?To excel in this role, you will need:A degree in Human Resources or equivalent practical experience, with 2-5 years of HR experience.Proficiency in local labour laws, government regulations, and key HR areas.Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities in both Dutch and English.A proactive, relationship-oriented mindset, focusing on trust, transparency, and collaboration.A results-driven, adaptable nature, with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for identifying and implementing efficiencies.And you would be a person who:Has a strong can-do attitude.Loves building relationships based on trust and reliability.Is open, transparent and collaborative in all interactions.Is result driven, persistent, and flexible and can quickly adapt to changing situations.Knows how to prioritize, is well organized and has an eye for detail.Has an open view on things, sees opportunities for improvement and can bring a fresh perspective.If you're excited about the prospect of joining our team and believe your skills align with this role, we encourage you to apply today.
