HR Global Services AdvisorDescription -Delivers a first-class employee life-cycle HR service experience to Global HP employees by utilizing a digital HR support model/experience via end-to-end operational services. Identifies emerging applications and drives process improvements and simplification that supports business and people strategy. Consults with HR partners and businesses to plan, develop and implement HR IT solutions to meet organizational requirements. Defines strategy for HR Services support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO) and leads MADO support activities. Accountable for HR data privacy, risk and compliance.Responsibilities: Acts as an HR consultant on matters of medium to high complexity constantly advising, local HR and business stakeholders (i.e. managers and employees) on local legislations, HR Systems and HR processesReviews country HR processes, policies and ensures these are compliant with the local legislations Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters, ensuring actions are in compliance with HR policies, local legislations and processes Develops and delivers trainings for new processes, programs and platform rollouts Recognizes and reports trends to improve employees and manager direct access experience with HR sites, myHR Sites, myHR Services and HR system Oversees and continuously improves employee on-boarding and off-boardingWorks closely with HR Systems and Process Integration teams to streamline processes, leverage automation and workflow and spearheads improvements to systems and user experienceProactively identifies opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implements new onesLeads or supports country/regional/global projectsPartners with HR technology team to streamline processes, leverage automation and workflow to demonstrate positive business impactEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.
