Your role will be crucial in transforming our operations into a talent academy, attracting, retaining, and nurturing the best industry talent.In this vital global position, you will be part of a team preparing HP Marketing for the future by overseeing the EMEA and APJ Marketing Operations team. Your responsibilities will involve identifying opportunities, synergies, and efficiencies with other departments (such as GIP, Marketing Finance, Alliances, Agency Management, etc.), driving process improvements, and elevating the status of Marketing Operations at HP. We aim to consolidate it into a best-in-class, simplified, efficient, and automated organization that streamlines administrative work, enhances internal customer experiences, and positively impacts HP's business.Key Processes You'll Lead (but not limited to...):· Agency registration, expansion, exception, and new vendor setup.· SOW (Statement of Work) creation and approval management.· Procure360: PR/PO (Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order) creation and approval process follow-up.· Invoice escalation.
