Returns & Take Back Operations Business Process AnalystDescription -In this role, you will work closely with the Global Organization to manage the coordination and completion product returns execution. This position will involve frequent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners who are based in the various countries where HP has presence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required to deliver excellent service and support, drive overall efficiencies, and manage critical deliverables through effective program and time management.The role applies basic foundation of Returns function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.Responsibilities: Responsible for Returns and Product Take Back supply chain processes, such as claim processing, inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.Analysis of backlog claim management.Gathers demand/return trend data from country, region and global planning.Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit teams.Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement, product circularity and cost savings.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function or similar.Knowledge and Skills: Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).Demonstrated analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Portuguese language is a plus.Good interpersonal skills.Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Basic understanding of project management methodology.Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.Basic understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.Basic knowledge of inventory analysis.Experience with Tools and Technology in digital transformation is a plus (AI, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, etc)Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -25%Relocation -Not SpecifiedEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
