You’ll be the “glue” of the team, bringing together various teams from Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to successfully launch products in market.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a problem solver, and always looking ahead for potential roadblocks. You are equally comfortable with GANTT charts as you are gaining strategic alignment in a heavily matrixed organization.Role and Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Omnichannel Team Manager, this role will:Assist marketing campaign and product marketers by relentlessly driving timelines and processes to deliver a range of creative asset deliverables on-time Being the glue between our marketing team, business unit, markets, and numerous agenciesWorking independently to develop methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectivesProactively identifying and tackling tough problems, implementing new processes, and solutionsTaking complex situations and distilling them down to simple and easy to understand analyses for executive decision makingProactively managing the team’s budget, handling scopes of work, routing of purchase orders, and tracking; actively managing the gaps/overages to land the budget on target each quarterLearning HP’s content systems inside and out and helping drive needed improvementsProviding operational and executive status reporting, as well as driving sharing of best practices and learnings across marketing teamsDeveloping post-analysis for our marketing programsActing as a functional manager but will not manage other employees as a primary job functionKnowledge and Skills:Extensive program and project management experience with expertise in negotiating fast-changing schedules and juggling numerous projects at the same timeA real change-agent – someone energized by the thought of proactively identifying opportunities and developing innovative methods to solve themExcellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skillsAbility to keep details organized across multiple workstreams and multiple teamsStrong written and oral communications skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influenceAbility to listen, not dominating the conversation, and communicate/present succinctlyExtensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, statistical analysis, and financial modellingLeadership skills including team building, conflict resolution and consensus-buildingAbility to manage and influence virtual teamsAbility to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HPPassionate, flexible, driven, dependable and transformational Education and Experience Required:BA or BS in related field4+ years project management experienceProject management certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional and Certified ScrumMasterExperience leading cross-division functional teams in a heavily matrixed organizationJob -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
