Sales Compensation AdvisorDescription -Job scope/summary:Sales Compensation (SC) Advisor provides support to Sales people on different levels from Commercial Organization. His/her role is to handle new requests, reply to queries and escalations from Sales representatives related to compensation. He/she needs also to maintain standard processes. SC Advisor has full ownership of his/her tasks and is responsible for all related communication in case of process changes and important updates. The SC Advisor should work closely with SC Advisors within same region or other regions, team peers and/or other functions within Sales Ops to deliver best in class support and to continuously adapt to the changing business needs and targetsJob specifics/responsibilities:Support Sales organization on sales compensation related topicsAccountable of monitoring the sales Employee performanceYou will listen carefully to the customer challenges and identify solutions on how to drive superior behavior & motivationFacilitate challenging solutions by involving other HP teams in working with the customerParticipate in business transformation projects across geographies (if requested)Work across SCE departments, interfacing with other teams as needed to resolve complex problems.Play a key role influencing our regional strategy, making your customer heardYou will perform processes at high quality, looking to improve processes at own desk and with team. You will also review/audit our SCO processes and operations are executed correctly and met the required guidelines to ensure accurate payment to the sales forceAlign with engagement team on critical issuesReview and research fallouts by coordinating with Ops teamsStreamline & automate SC processes to enhance reps' experienceProcess & tools trainingManage issues resolution E2E with different stakeholders (Ops, Engagement, Finance/etc), and document cases to avoid them in design, coverage or upstream systemsFollow up/investigate on performance discrepanciesCommunicate performance/issues findings to Sales TeamsKey deliverables/accountabilities:Strict observation of and compliance with the HP procedures/policiesStrict adherence to Labor legislationTimely preparation of deliverables, providing regular updates and follow upAdapting to meet the changing business needs and targetsResponsible to gain business knowledge to be expert in the HP front/backend tools, systems and metrics that would be in scope of the rolePerform analysis that contributes to the improvement of tools/process gapsEducation (degree) and professional experience required:University Degree or equivalentExperience in virtual team environment and customer support would be a plusFoundational understanding of the business models and Go-To-Market strategies would be a plusTypically, 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Sales Finance or Sales Operations would be a plusProven analytical skills coupled with willingness to continuously learn Solid computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficienciesOther requirements:Fluent EnglishOther GWE languages knowledge would be an assetPersonal skills and qualities:Positive can-do attitude; Customer centric approachOut of the box thinking – able to find solutionsAbility to build relationship across teams and culturesStrong communication and influencing skills; Excellent teamwork skills Able to apply tools and technology to produce resultsAble to understand global business processes and identify impact of changeDrive & a creative power to meet continuous challenges of the roleProven problem-solving skillsTechnical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):MS OfficeReporting tool /Data managementWhat do we offer:Additional medical insuranceLife insuranceAdditional days paid leaveFood vouchersWellness program (incl.
