Supply Chain Finance Senior Manager (Personal Systems Manufacturing)Description -We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Finance Senior Manager to join our team and lead the financial management and analysis of our Worldwide Personal Systems Manufacturing Supply Chain finance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting our company's growth objectives.What a Supply Chain Finance Senior Manager (Personal Systems Manufacturing) does at HP:Supply Chain Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's financial objectives. Consults with business leaders to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope (e.g., long-term business planning, product analysis and development, balancing risk, approving significant deals, etc.)Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement within the supply chain, and develop strategies to realize these savings. Leads complex financial analysis for a global business or finance function, exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the Personal Systems Manufacturing supply chain, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report key performance metrics to monitor the financial health and efficiency of supply chain operations.Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks associated with the supply chain, proposing risk mitigation strategies as needed.Team Leadership: Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and continuous development.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including operations, procurement, and logistics, to drive cross-functional improvements.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and accounting regulations and standards. Actively reviews, analyzes, and manages the key controls within the domain of responsibility to ensure compliance with legal and accounting requirements (e.g., GAAP, SBC, AFM).Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.Proactively drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience in a finance function.Typically 2+ years of supervisory and/or leading a project team experience.Excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.Excellent project management skills.Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across countries.Excellent business acumen.Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
