Worldwide Supply Chain Finance, Senior AnalystDescription -Mission statement: Overall supervision of product standard setting and Factory cost for Ink Supplies organization with following scope:3 Regional & 1 WorldWide Factories (Product Completion Centres)New Product Introduction, deployment & manufacturing of our most recent printhead technology (Gen5)Production yield end to end supervision across print supplies manufacturing work centres. What a Worldwide Supply Chain Finance, Senior Analyst does at HP: Support Ink Supplies Operation on key deliverables of planning and reporting: Forecast / Flash, Month end close, budgeting, long-term planning with a primary focus on cost of services.Support ESC costing and planning processes (Flash, Budget, Last Traded Price). This includes Product costing, Factory overhead and other worldwide Supply Chain costs such as Freight or Inventory driven costs.Support transformation and investments projects (e.g. footprint optimization, CAPEX investments) and provide business advisory on decisions on the basis of Financial Return of Invested Capital.Drive and enable savings projects within above defined scope.Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.Support policy and process improvement to ensure US GAAP and SOX financial compliance.Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design, with a maximized leverage on business automation capabilities. Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) is preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Ideally experienced in more than one finance function.Ideally experienced with SAP / S4 environmentExcellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area, analytical skills and business application skillsGood understanding of Automation and Reporting digital tools capabilities (eg UiPath, PowerQuery, Power BI, Power Automate)Strong business acumen.Good project management skills.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
