The top responsibilities include leading the market insights and development of market viable offerings, engaging and developing new business techniques from business models/channel programs/solution offers, and accelerating learnings and business through an iterative process to maximize outcomes working with the local market team.Responsibilities:All responsibilities are in context of the North America marketDeliver business & financial targets for managed service businessGather and evaluate business and user requirements centered on customer experience and channel experience.Deep understanding on market forces & growth, competitive offerings, solution adoption in the Small to Medium market domainOverseeing the development and improvement of managed service products in country working with product management teamProvide locaI incubation channel managed service offerings for local needs in a very direct and close market engagementIterate rapidly with the channel partners on feedback, needs with product teams (quick development turns)Ensure business model and value proposition works short and long term with local situationPerforms business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.Develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growthUtilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that have a high impact on the services business.Maximize overall outcome models based on local approachSkills:Ability to manage complexity, working across multiple key stakeholders and getting buy-inExceptional leadership skills for influencing outcomes.Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good organization and multitasking abilities.Structured approach to move from idea to resultsLearning and iterative nature (lean startup)Manage stakeholders through expectation and progressDeep local market knowledge (end - customer needs, pain points, market dynamics)Channel Partner relationships; understanding of pain points and needsStrong business acumenEducation/Work Requirements:Bachelor degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA) is desired.10+ years of experience in business development, market development or demonstratable equivalentExperience in strategic decision support, market forecasting, performance tracking and marketing analytics.Desired: Commercial experience in a sales/marketing roleJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
