Services Product Manager, Workforce SolutionsDescription -The Services Product Manager, Workforce Solutions will focus on product management for HP's managed device portfolio. This role sits within our Workforce Services business unit.Responsibilities:Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales.Define and communicate clear product requirements to drive the development of new products and enhancements to existing products.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable product strategies and initiatives.Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, balancing priorities and resources to achieve business objectives.Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Continuously measure and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or demonstrable work equivalent).Experience:8+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech industry or IT services.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from inception to market, with demonstrated impact on customer satisfaction, business growth, and profitability.Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on continuous improvement.Familiarity with Lean development methodologies, as well as industry-standard product management tools and best practices.Experience mentoring and developing junior team members, with a focus on building strong, high-performing teams.
