This individual will lead on the strategic vision and will build a multifaceted plan that drives customer excitement and leads to business growth.Partnering with external agency members and internal cross-functional stakeholders will be important to be successful in this position.Responsibilities:Leverages multiple data sources including market research, customer insights and competitive intelligence, to help identify insights and new opportunities that are pulled through in devising the strategy.Demonstrates strong aptitude in traditional and innovative marketing channels, including TV, digital, social media, print and CRM.Creates go to market strategies, identifying the right mix of channels depending on the nature of the offering, the audience, and the business targets.Shows initiative and creativity in identifying and building partnerships that drive business growth.Develops briefs for digital agencies and internal teams.Orchestrates the execution of Direct-to-Consumer tactics across multiple media channels.Creates a testing and iterating culture aiming at achieving highest performance in any given marketing channel.Effectively coordinates across multiple agency partners and internal teams to produce deliverables on strategy, within timelines and on budget.Helps develop and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders.Works well cross-functionally with stakeholders from GBU, Commercial Organization, Markets, PR & Communications, Insights, Finance and Legal.Monitors landscape seeking out areas of opportunity to support ongoing marketing efforts.10-15% travel required.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Direct to Consumer Go to Market roles out of which minimum 5 years in subscription driven businesses.Skilled in identifying market opportunities and articulating competitive differentiators.Proven ability to articulate and communicate vision and narratives.Demonstrates competence in influencing and inspiring XFN teams to action. Listens carefully to other points of view and able to adapt style and approach based on audience.Strong business acumen and experience with a deep understanding of the product, sales, and marketing constraints.Ability to implement product marketing frameworks to drive consistency of narrative and launch deliverables.Aptitude to synthesize data, insights, and research to drive best in class customer experience.Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment where requirements change frequently.Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields preferred; MBA welcomed.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePer the California statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $120,000 - $140,000.  This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.About HPYou’re out to reimagine and reinvent what’s possible—in your career as well as the world around you.
