Senior Director, Strategy & PlanningDescription -Leads a broad function/department within a multifaceted organization. Responsible for the vision and strategy of the overall channel ecosystem and setting the strategic alignment and integration of activities across the partner programs for HP’s engagement with commercial resellers and distribution partners. Fully accountable for the effectiveness of the HP partner program across commercial resellers and distribution partners. Highly influences strategy and sets policy and direction. Owns a significant number of measurable functional, operations and strategic goals and priorities. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of the company’s channel strategy with strong business acumen and strategic agility. Prior leadership in a worldwide capacity.Achieved planned financial results at an organizational level.Acted as a senior advisor within a global company with demonstrated success and longevity.15+ years total experience with at least 5+ years in channel leadership roles.Exercised leadership on external business or industry boards.Experience with services and subscription selling models and tactics related to channel engagement.MBA highly desired, or advanced university degree.
