This important role is focused on supporting the communications needs of the Office of the CEO — including messaging and narrative development, external engagement, employee communications, and social media.This is a terrific role for a someone who enjoys partnering with senior leaders to create communications strategies and content that achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of current events and HP business priorities with superb writing skills, attention to detail, and operational agility.This role reports to the Global Head of Corporate Communications and will closely collaborate with a variety of teams across HP to achieve key deliverables.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing the team’s CEO communications strategy and plan.Writing speeches, remarks and talking points for planned events and engagements.Elevating the CEO’s voice on specific topics aligned with HP’s business strategy through a mix of speaking engagements and published articles.Driving proactive outreach to key opinion leaders aligned with HP business objectives.Engaging key audiences through executive social media channels.Creating content for the CEO’s employee communications, including town halls, written content, and other channels used for engaging with HP’s 50,000+ employees.Drafting concise yet thorough briefing materials.Building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships to inform and strengthen CEO communications strategy and content.Implementing processes that drive long-term planning, high-quality content gathering, and rigorous execution across all aspects of CEO communications.Qualifications 8-12 years of communications leadership experience, including significant executive communications experience.A strong and versatile writer, with experience spanning speech writing, messaging, and talking points, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality content.An effective collaborator with strong executive presence that inspires trust.A strategic thinker with a grasp of global issues, current events and business trends.Sound judgement, with the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities.An action-oriented leader who consistently operates with a sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and calmly adapts to change when needed.Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a desire to further enhance work processes to drive speed and efficiency.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
