Global GUX Release ManagerDescription -*This position is available to work remotely anywhere from US territoryApplies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Project manage and frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Project manage complex and huge global global projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Responsibilities: Manages and leads project involving one or more functions and project teams with close engagement with all business stakeholdersDevelops project and deployment plan, oversee testing strategy, plans, schedules, critical testing deliverables, testing resource allocation plan, and other support required to complete the project testing with high qualityInvolvement throughout all phases of project from requirements, design and development to ensure ability to plan, lead and complete testingConduct regular core project review calls, provide project dashboard reporting. Communicates project testing progress, escalations, and perform issues analysis to project manager and team members Collaborates with cross team members, cross functional teams and business teams to complete full project goals for defined scope, process and on time. Provide guidance to change management in new processes and solving issues encountered in testing to arrive at solutions, and ensure adherence to meet project objectives, roadmaps and schedules.
