To deliver this vision, the Enterprise Digital Services Organization is building a world-class Software Services product organization that is responsible for spearheading the vision, strategy of our future digital services opportunities and driving the roadmap of a comprehensive set of digital services. Position OverviewAs the Subscription Platform Product Manager for Enterprise Digital Services, you will organize the requirements and work with engineering to deliver Consumer subscription platform capabilities to enable meaningful service offerings that will exceed customer requirements through the entire lifecycle of their product engagement experience. You will provide leadership, coordination, influence, decision support and facilitation of the portfolio of solutions. This position will support the planning and execution of epics within the portfolio, working with extended product management team to analyze, redefine and monitor activities to ensure efficiency and delivery of goals. This position will work cross-functionally to develop success metrics and process efficiencies. You will be responsible for helping us to achieve leading edge experiences for our internal and external customers. The scope of the role is global and will report into the Director of Enterprise Digital Service Product Management, Support and Communications.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the creation and successful implementation of the digital services roadmap – including a scalable platform and experiences that will allow our customers to manage their portfolio of HP ecosystem products from deployment to sustaining to EOL transition management.Contribute to the creation of the new operating model for customer engagement: including how the team engages with customer organizations and defining the key success metrics.Add process rigor through establishing common product management processes to enable increased agility and speed of execution.Drive the ability for data driven decisions by creating tools and access to meaningful data that can be used to drive business insights, performance, and enhanced experiences.Strategically partners with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.Translates complex market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions.Provides thought leadership to stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritization.Translates user requirements into executable and workable feature items with the software engineering team.Provides guidance for junior team members on product management strategies.Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technical or Equivalent ExperienceTypically 7-10 years of relevant experience.Knowledge and SkillsExperience working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
