Agile Program ManagerDescription -Position backgroundIn the Advanced Enablement team, our mission is to deliver impact by providing the foundational backbone of cloud infrastructure and platforms upon which HP software products that range from optimizing pricing and marketing investments to providing guidance to our vast sales organization.As an agile program manager, you will be in a unique position to impact a wide range of AI/ML products and their successful deployment and use. You will work with the team to both support existing and new software product infrastructures and platforms that directly affect the bottom line of HP.ResponsibilitiesLead daily standup session, backlog refinement, retrospectives meetings.Work closely with the teams to ensure that our roadmap is updated.Create customized process solutions and agile project plans based on user criteria and requirements while actively engaging the team’s feedback.Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented. Implement and utilize agile tools to track team progress, productivity, and individual & team performance. Measure and report on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement. Mentor team members on Agile values and principles.Provide support and guidance to the development team.Ensure project deliverables and deadline are accurately and actively tracked.Design and deploy updates and optimizations to the team’s strategy that significantly impact bandwidth reductions and transparency for roadmap planning.Routinely develop and introduce innovative methods and processes for improving program operations.Apply Design Thinking Methodologies when analyzing and proactively innovate and test improvements to the teams to calibrate based on need.Ensure timely communication and delivery of solutions within established turn-around times by applying project management experience.Foster professional development and growth for self and others – e.g., coaching and mentoring.Education and ExperienceRequired:Scrum-master or product owner certification with at least 3 years’ experience.First-level university degree, or equivalent experience.4+ years’ experience leading an agile framework, change management and process improvement workstreams.Technical foundations in customer service / cloud administration / quality assurance roles.Desired:PMP certificationAdvanced university degree preferred, or equivalent experience.3+ years working with cloud-based tools (AWS/Azure/GCP) or equivalent certifications.Experience working with the OKR framework.Job -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
