Graduate HR Global Services AdvisorDescription -Delivers a first-class employee life-cycle HR service experience to Global HP employees by utilizing a digital HR support model/experience via end-to-end operational services. Identifies emerging applications and drives process improvements and simplification that supports business and people strategy. Consults with HR partners and businesses to plan, develop and implement HR IT solutions to meet organizational requirements. DResponsibilities: • Assists and processes HR activities such as pre-hire check/hiring in HR system,  new-hire pre-on boarding,  onboarding activities, data changes, disability claims,  leave of absence, compensation, benefits, termination of employment etc.• Manages myHR related queries• Creates and updates knowledge database articles• Manages employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to- date) and supports audits, government surveys and reporting  • Initiates, reviews, and approves daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures• Supports Payroll, Legal, Benefits and Country HR team in sourcing information and producing employee documents• Maintains close collaboration with related HR partners/generalists to ensure the employees are experiencing a synchronized HR organization• Identifies and recommends areas for process improvementsKnowledge and Skills:• Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality• Solid analytical skills and detail-oriented• Mandatory solid communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese (e.g. written & verbal) catered to a wide variety of audiences • Problem-solving approach• Interest in administrative tasks• Intermediate proficiency in Excel• Basic knowledge of HR policies, practices, procedures, laws, and system toolsImpact and Scope:• Supports HP employees life cycle • Partners with HR generalists, Total Rewards, Payroll, Learning & Development, Talent acquisition, etc.  • Engages directly with employees and managers  • Impacts different HR processes Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.
