Working collaboratively with the Sales Organization, Business Management, Service, and many other key stake holders, they are supposed to drive operational excellence, customer experience and manage business continuity risks. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Expert and Program Manager to join our WW Business Management and Operations Center of Excellence team. As an SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, maintenance, and support of SAP S/4 HANA systems within our Industrial organization. You will work closely with our internal customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and manage documentation, via agile methodology. Your expertise will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our business processes and drive efficiency across various departments.Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend SAP S/4 HANA solutions that align with their goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.Collaborate with other program managers, to ensure successful solution implementation and delivery.Conduct SAP S/4 HANA system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and stability of implemented solutions.Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with the IT support team, to ensure timely issue resolution.Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues and challenges during project implementation.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides.Collaborate with clients post-implementation to provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and optimize the performance of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post- project evaluations.Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.Utilizes and assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.Lead or participate in workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on SAP S/4 HANA capabilities and best practices.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience 3 working with SAP S/4 HANA, including implementation, configuration, and support.Experience with modern SAP technologies.Knowledge of SAP integration methods and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.SAP S/4 HANA certification is a significant advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.3-5 years of project management experience.Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills.
