Being a change agent and a strategic partner for the business. Reporting to HR Country Director and together with line managers, the HRBP works on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.Delivery of tailored HR/People Programs to address specific needs.Act as trusted advisor for Leaders and provide leadership coaching and counsel to Management team on a number of strategic HR topics including, employee engagement, Change Management, workforce planning (available throughout the year), Talent development, performance management.In partnership with Finance and Strategy and Planning, manage the design and delivery of the Workforce Plan.Support in providing range of relevant data and reporting to help Business decisions.  Promote Diversity and Inclusion on site as part of broader Global initiatives.Job specifics/responsibilities:Acts as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unitProactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.Ensures HR programs, transformation, workforce planning and total rewards programs, are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.Supports HR Lead by compiling and synthesizing relevant data and develops reports that meet business needs.Conducts the quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data to support HR programs and initiatives.Works on projects/problems in a matrix organization.Builds a strong business relationship with the different HR teams including Total Rewards and Employee Relations.Actively identifies issues, proposes recommendations, and implement changes to cover risks.Support the management team and HR lead to bring best solutions for employees.Drives the implementation of performance improvement drivers.Acts as the member of the HR Management Team.Who you are?Master’s degree in Human Resources / Labor Law7 to 10 years previous experience in similar HRBP Generalist role in International Companies,Experience in high demanding and cross functional environmentFluent in English language verbal and written (mandatory)Fluent in French Language verbal and written  (mandatory)Accountability and engagementAgility and Flexibility on prioritiesExcellent Communication and High Influencing SkillsNegotiation SkillsUp to date on French Employment law and regulationsProject Management and Change Management skillsStrong Business AcumenAnalytical and problem solving Skills – Ability to transfer HR data into a Business StoryOpen Mindset – Team PlayerMS Office (Excel highly recommended)Why joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
