LATAM Print Services Category ManagerDescription -We are looking for a Print Services Category Manager to drive the LATAM Print Services and Solutions business as part of the HP Workforce Solutions team.We are looking for a strong candidate accountable for the business execution/ strategy and owns the financial and business acumen most relevant key performance indicators (Total Contract Value, Orders, Revenue and Controllable Margin).In this role you will create and deploy the strategy to win in the print services market. You will actively work with our Worldwide Global business unit teams to coordinate the new services introductions, sales enablement activities and defining the 4P plan, Product, Price, Promotion and Place.Sustainability is a huge driver in print and one of the key initiatives of this role would be to expand the business model to incorporate all sustainable offerings and processes in managed print solutions.Responsibilities: Superior understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Actively contributes/leads the definition of the category business plan.Establishes relationships and represents team with sales force and other partners at senior level.Product line and quota responsibility for a significant share of the product range, or a specific customer segment.Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication etc).Leads a subset of the team.
