Authorized Partner Onboarding coordinatorDescription -Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join the OmniChannel Policy EMEA team as Authorized Partner Onboarding coordinator. This pivotal role involves overseeing the process of onboarding resellers into the Authorized Partner List (APL) through effective communication, coordination and analytics. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of resellers into APL and reporting results in a regular basis, contributing significantly to the success of our organization.Key responsibilitiesCommunicate on a regular basis the progress of the onboarding vs the targets.Build an E2E reporting showing the evolution and weight of partners onboarded.Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new resellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.Coordinate external call center team tasks and daily processes.Identify and address any potential issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.Conduct regular meetings with call center team to assess performance and perform any adjustments required to the process.Ensure accurate records of all communication and interactions with resellers are maintained, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date database.Education And Experience RequiredUniversity or bachelor’s degree in business, finance or engineering; advanced degree or MBA preferred.Typically, 3+ years of progressive professional experience with a combination of Business Planning, Reporting and Analytics preferred.High level of analytical skills, proficiency excel required. Programing skills for automation are a nice to have.Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation).
