EMEA Distribution Digital Business Development ManagerDescription -Join the Omnichannel team and be part of growing HP's online business as the EMEA Distribution Digital Business Development Manager where you will be responsible for achieving profitable online sales and SOB growth for HP Personal Systems, Print and Supplies.Roles and Responsibilities:Drive partnership with Distribution/Channel team to develop annual plan to grow HP's leadership online within assigned Distributors' eCommerce platformsPartner with DCO and sales teams to optimize HP's customer experience within top distributors across PS, Print and Supplies.Drive pilot implementation and define KPIs to monitor.Analyze and understand Distributor business strategy, online platform and expansion activities. Provide online recommendations including but not limited to: ecommerce best practices, SEO, Paid media plans, customer experience (quarterly and annual reviews for key accounts). Program Lead working cooperatively with top WW Distributors to drive traffic and conversions to including managing monthly coop Search investment, KPIs and overall insights/actions with Distributors. Cross functional engagement with Sales, Marketing, Category, and other departments to provide deeper knowledge and insights. Examples include search optimization analysis, Big Data and other digital solutions that can enable HP's success online to increase sales and share.Identify and share best practices across the team.Have firm understanding of HP portfolio and stay up to date with industry and online trends.20-30% travel required.Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business; advanced degree or MBA preferred.8+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.Experience working in an eCommerce department or digital sales development role required. Experience with Distribution an asset.Demonstrated Team leadership experience.Experience in working in a matrix organization.Fluent in English.
