Supplier Monitoring ManagerDescription -Job Summary:As the Supplier Monitoring Team Manager, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for evaluating and monitoring HP and suppliers to ensure they meet social, ethical, and compliance standards (HP Code of Conduct, global regulatory and eco-labor requirements). This role is essential in maintaining the company's commitment to responsible sourcing and ethical business practices.Key Responsibilities of team manager to lead a team to drive the following activities:Team Management:Recruit, train, and manage a team of social audit and compliance specialists.Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to achieve their objectives.To manage audit budget for the team.Supplier Audit and Evaluation:Lead to plan and execute audits and assessments in accordance with established standards and guidelines.Analyse audit reports and findings to assess supplier compliance with social, ethical, and legal requirements.Identify areas of non-compliance and work with suppliers to develop corrective action plans to reduce recurring issues.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of audit findings, corrective actions, and supplier performance.Prepare comprehensive reports on supplier compliance, highlighting areas of improvement and success.Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Adoption of digital tools for documentation and reporting.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to social responsibility and ethical sourcing.Develop and implement improvements to the supplier monitoring and audit processes.Work with other human rights team on capability building program to improve supplier performance.Supplier Relationships:Collaborate with supply chain teams to establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.Engage with suppliers to promote awareness and understanding of social responsibility expectations.Engagement with industry peers and external organization to obtain insights and drive HP leadership.Risk Assessment:Conduct risk assessments to identify high-risk suppliers and prioritize audit efforts accordingly.Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitoring plans for high-risk suppliers.Compliance Oversight:Work with suppliers to meet legal and regulatory requirements related to labor, environment, and ethical standards.Monitor and report on changes in relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, Sustainability).Several years of experience in supplier monitoring, social auditing, or compliance management.Strong knowledge of social responsibility, ethical sourcing, and labor standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Leadership and team management experience.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and certifications (e.g., SA8000, RBA CoC, ISO 14001) is a plus.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Thailand)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
